Across the Street, Around the Corner and Down the Block

One man's journey through the underclass of Philadelphia, PA. An unemployed African American seeks answers to why he can't find a good job in the city and why so many other black men can't get a job at all. Also, howcome people in working class environments seem more self destructive, academically challenged and oblivious to social issues that affect them and their families.
